There are a lot of places you could host your site. By hosting with us, you know exactly who to contact if there is a problem with your website. We offer a single contact for all your website maintenance, managed hosting, secure encrypted backup and emergency / out-of-hours needs. We’re able to do everything at double-quick speed because we know your website inside out.

We are ISO 27001 accredited, and keeping your site secure is our number one priority. We’ll implement a raft of security features and then carry out all necessary ongoing maintenance, so that you can be confident your site is totally protected. We work with many charities that have powerful enemies and can offer even more robust security measures if necessary.
Pay as you go support
Ticketed support is not available on the Essential Tier, however should additional support or development work be required once the site is completed, the Bee Lite team requires a written request from the Client, for which a written quote for each request will be given, and written acceptance of the quote obtained from the Client before work commences.

Seamless Support
Bee Lite support doesn’t stop at launch for those on our Standard or Strategic hosting and support packages, whether it’s as simple as changing a line of text or getting the site back up after one of your interns gets ‘creative’ (yes that has happened!), in addition to everything included in our “Essential” package, we provide online ticketed support for any questions or support that you might need in using your new website. This service is managed by our dedicated head of support and our team of in-house developers.

All of the above ongoing support is included in our Standard hosting and support package without any additional cost to you.
