Bee Lite Process
Step 01 – Sign Off
Client sign off for Bee Lite contract.
Step 02 – Setup
You will be sent an email welcoming you along with a couple of exercises that you will need to work through with your team, which you will then share with us.
The first part includes some questions and prompts to help set the strategic building blocks of your site and help us assess your strategic approach.
The second part will uncover the key information required to structure and build your new website. This includes details about your design, and look and feel and we will also request some of your brand assets at this point.
Step 03 – Discovery Call
An opportunity to talk through your responses to Step 2 and explain what you need for this project, this information will then be used to formulate a requirements and specifications document outlining exactly what will be built.
Step 04 – Wireframe & Prototyping
This includes creating a basic wireframe based on the information gathered so far.
Step 05 – Development stage and internal testing
Once you’re totally happy with our design and have signed it off, we get down to the nuts and bolts of building the site.
Step 06 – Hand over and training.
The site is then yours to take forward and populate with your content.
Step 07 – Go live
Once you are happy with your content, we’ll ensure you go live smoothly.
This whole process is designed so that you can move at your own pace, but we expect that most organisations will be able to go live in 6-8 weeks from start to finish.

For tiny charities or those that don’t yet have a website, we offer a FREE website with dedicated hosting at just £100 (+ VAT) monthly (two-year subscription).
Bee Lite Bespoke
Bee Lite Bespoke offers affordable, tailored WordPress websites for small charities at £4,995 + VAT. Includes a bespoke Setup, Design and Build to cater for larger organisations who require a solution built around their unique needs.
