Strategy, UX & Research or Website Optimisation

We see ourselves as digital partners, rather than simply website designers or builders. After all, a website is never really ‘finished’!.

As part of our Strategic hosting package, we will hold quarterly strategic meetings where the last quarter’s worth of performance data is reviewed and discussed. This is where we’ll talk through your Analytics and help you plan for the next stage of your website’s evolution. This might be advice on new components to add, planning for a specific campaign, trialing new traffic generation tactics & building new custom goals to refine your tracking, or anything else you’ve got in mind.

We offer ongoing analysis and guidance to make sure that the website is achieving its goals as efficiently after three years as after three months. Everything we do is underpinned by our strong understanding of the psychology of how people make decisions, often called ‘nudge theory’.

In addition, we have a wealth of knowledge in house and are keen to share it with you, here are just some of the examples of additional support we are able to offer to our clients as stand alone projects.

IA reviews from £600 + VAT.
  • Information architecture (IA) is the practice of structuring, organising, and tagging/labelling content from your site.  When IA is done poorly or not at all, it can (very quickly) lead to a bad user experience, people leaving the site quickly, and fewer clicks. That’s why checking and fixing IA issues is really important when building websites.

  • IA reviews help find and solve problems in how the website looks, how it works for users, how you can find things, and even how it shows up on search engines.

  • This review can range in scope but starts from around 5h of our UX team’s time. This entirely depends on the size and state of the sitemap.

Technical SEO reviews (CWV, Moz) & recommendations for the client to action. from £480 + VAT.
  • Technical SEO reviews – including reviews of Core Web Vitals (CWV) performance – are great for highlighting holes in your site’s crawlability and search performance. Once the site is reviewed, we’ll propose a plan for optimising various technical aspects of a website to improve its search engine ranking and overall performance.

  • We can help to asses your website performance from a user experience perspective and provide recommendations for you to take away and action to improve load speed and interactivity and to improve your websites’ overall SEO performance, based on factors such as on-page optimisation, backlinks, and domain authority.

How to use personas and journeys to write content workshop. from £840 + VAT.
  • Creating content that effectively resonates with your target audience involves using personas and customer journeys as valuable tools. By combining the insights from personas and customer journeys, you can create content that speaks directly to your audience’s needs and guides them effectively through their decision-making process.

  • This could especially be of use for an organisation about to embark on a content creation project.

Hotjar + GSC set up package (if they don’t have it). from £120 + VAT.
  • Hotjar and Google Search Console (GSC) are two valuable tools for understanding and improving your website’s performance, user experience, and search engine visibility. Setting them up together can provide you with a comprehensive view of your website’s strengths and weaknesses.

  • Harnessing both of these tools can provide your internal team with a lot more data and info to base content additions and on-site changes on – helping you move your organisation forward more strategically.

PPC campaign/account management. from £120 + VAT per month.
  • Managing a Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign for a charity organisation involves several key steps and considerations to maximise the impact of your advertising budget.

  • The Google Ad Grants program is a special initiative by Google that provides eligible nonprofit organisations with free advertising credits up to $10,000 per month to use on Google Ads. These credits allow nonprofits to promote their causes, increase visibility, and reach a broader audience through online advertising.

  • We can provide support setting up and running client’s PPC account with basic packages starting from £840 + VAT per month.

Keyword mapping & meta content optimisation. from £480 + VAT (for up to 16 pages) + £120 + VAT per page for content advice.
  • Keyword mapping is – put simply – the process of organising which phrases (that your audience search for in Google) each of your website’s pages is best placed to target. In other words, it’s the first step in making a plan for which words you want to use on different parts of your website.

  • It helps you use the right words in the right places so that people can find your site easily on search engines.

  • If you are looking for help with anything else on your website, please get in touch and we can explore how we can best support you!
